We are so delighted to offer our clients the chance to stay in this extraordinary and exemplary property. Sitting on a hillside looking out over the east coast of Paxos, the views are only matched by the beauty of the interiors and the overall sense of style and luxury that guests will experience during their stay. Kipiadi can sleep up to 12 adults plus 4 children in 6 wonderful bedrooms plus a further large bunkroom for the children. The property is made up of 2 interconnecting houses meaning guests will have all the space they could wish for with generous terraces making the most of the views plus the joy of 2 swimming pools. The master suite has an Eastern king size bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom leading onto a private terrace with outdoor shower and Jacuzzi. There are 2 further bedrooms with king size beds and en suite shower rooms in the main house and three in the second house, all with sea view terraces. The main house has both an indoor and outdoor kitchen. Wonderfully landscaped gardens surround the property with a hammock. swing and small seating areas perfect for some lovely peaceful moments. For those wanting to swim in the sea, two of the best beaches on Paxos – Kipiadi and Kipos – are a 10 – 15 minutes walk away. The walk back up to the house may be steeper than the one on the way down, but it is lovely to slowly make your way up through the olives back to your house on the hill. We cannot express how much of a treat it is to stay at Kipiadi. It is a Paxiot gem that few will experience.
