Lovely Gaia on the Kardaki Estate sleeps up to 6 guests and is a perfect for a small family or group of friends. With wonderful far reaching views out over the Ionian sea to the mainland beyond, Gaia has open plan living areas, a fully equipped part open plan kitchen. There are two superking/twin bedrooms with en suite showers rooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom with superking bed, terrace and en suite shower room is on the floor below. On the lower ground floor there is a TV/media room with 55″ TV and table tennis table for fun and relaxation. Outside, terraces make the most of the location and the swimming pool forms a focal point for your stay at the villa. For larger groups, Gaia can be rented in conjunction with adjacent sister villa Eos which sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 en suite bedrooms. The houses are connected via a storeroom/laundry, but each house is completely autonomous with their own parking, terraces, gardens and pools. The houses are connected by a 20m path, so whilst being separate, guests looking for a shared but separate holiday will enjoy the space Eos and Gaia provide. The villa is just a few minutes drive down to sandy Kalamaki beach and under 10 minutes from vibrant Kassiopi with its boat hire, tavernas, bars and boutiques. Please note there are 21 steps down from the drive to the front door of the villa.  NB: Owners kindly ask that P20 Suntan Lotion and Mrs. White’s Mozzy Spray not be brought or used on the premises as these products permanently stain the brand new linen/towels.
